Short Girls Rock

Yes. I am totally biased.

Avery had her Nine Month check-up this morning.

Highlights:
Height: 24 1/2 inches [below 3rd percentile]
Weight: 14 lbs 15 ounce [below 3rd percentile]
Head Circumference: 17 inches [25-50 percentile]

Our appointment was with a relatively new doctor [to us]. I think he joined the practice about a year ago. I really like him... but today he started the "We won't worry about height right now, but lets revisit this at her next appointment. She has dropped off the growth curve." Thankfully, I happen to know where Chase and Ellis were at that age and after pulling up one of their charts [I must not look believable] he gave me the "Oh, I guess you just grow them small at your house."

Yep.

It was a light on shots day... just Hep B and Flu. They let Ellis join in on the Flu shot--she was less than thrilled, but one less thing for me to have to think about. The nurse gave her a silly band and all was forgiven.

Three month until that Big First Birthday. WAY TO FAST.
