Thanksgiving is now behind us and we look forward the the Great Birthday. This was a blogging challenge. You can do this too if you choose. Tag.
Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper. But not always carefully done.
Real tree or Artificial? Artificial, We enjoy having a tree up for too long for a real tree to make it safely to the end.
When do you put up the tree? Soon. As soon as I get motivated to drag it down from the attic.
When do you take the tree down? Last year, it was nearly February. And under protest from the children.
Do you like eggnog? Enough to drink about half a cup once a year.
Hardest person to buy for? Parents
Easiest person to buy for? My children
Mail or email Christmas cards? Both. Sad to say that I didn't have addresses, or enough printed out last year, so some people got the electronic version. Not to say I love them any less!
Favorite Christmas Movie? Elf
Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Candies
Favorite Christmas song? Oh come, oh come Emmanuel
Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay home
Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? I think so...
Angel on the tree top or a star? star
Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Both. Visiting family on Christmas Eve. Presents then. At home - Morning. Stockings first, then tree.
Favorite for Christmas dinner? Roast with carrots and potatoes.
Best thing about the Christmas season? For me, it is starting to capture the excitement from my Children. I had lost the magic, and am finding at least a little of it, through them.
