Dishing it up

Hey, I guess I am a little distracted these days. I found this draft from last Friday which I never posted. And since I am crazy busy planning an event that will happen in less than 7 weeks - across the country from where I live. And the fact that I am still suffering badly from Poison Sumac - it will be my post for the day.

Better late than never.

Monday

Salad
Bean, Cheese and Avocado Enchiladas
Fruit Salad

Tuesday
Mark ate out with the track group. The girls and I had:
Mushroom Rice Pilaf with baby Lima beans
Ice Cream Sundaes at the PTO Social

Baked Beans
Baked Potato
Corn on the Cob
Mushroom Rice Pilaf with baby Lima beans (I really like this a lot and the girls do, too. It was not leftover- it was a new batch!)
