I am sitting around in that strange stupor--the strange let down after much adrenaline and expectations. My big event, the one I worked for nearly a year planning and executing, is over--like a blink of the eye.
And I wonder if the client is happy. We had some serious glitches. Ones that were so glaring that I spent a lot of time cringing.
But you know what? Turns out, when you don't know about the problems, you can still be impressed. Part of the "Main Show" was a 2 hour demo of a new system. This was a highly scripted, video enhanced, and much rehearsed segment. One that caused me great anxiety for the 3 weeks leading up to the event. [It was a big project, with little time] It was a hit! And here is the press to prove it:
Day in the Life of a Process System
And since we behind the scene folks never seem to get any of the credit, I am posting this here and saying thanks to my Aquent team. We pulled it off.
Now how are we going to top this?
