Dishing it up

I just rolled 55 wontons. 25 vegetarian, 30 chicken and spinach. Tempted to make that dinner for a long, long time*. Or not. But I did go shopping today, and have a plan for the week. Might change the nights up a bit depending on our moods. And, I may be taking dinner over to my friend Crystal's family (Surprise. No waiting until September for the new [thankfully healthy] baby!) Guessing we'll do the pasta whatever night that is because it is easy to make a lot and transport. And maybe bring some wontons too!)

Monday
Tofu Fried Rice
Wonton Soup (Veg for Mark, Chicken for the ladies)
Salad

Tuesday
BBQ Mock Riblets
Baked Potatoes
Cheesy Cauliflower
Salad

Wednesday
Eggplant Parmesan
Whole Wheat Pasta
Spinach Salad

Thursday
Vegetarian Jambalaya
Salad

Friday
Tasty leftovers

*Uncooked wontons freeze great! Freeze them on a cookie sheet first, then place in ziplock baggies. When you want soup, just boil some soup stock and drop them in to cook.
