Dishing it up

Last week my young picky eater wasn't eating, so it made it easier to cook for the older picky eater.

Sunday
Ali Baba Pizza [I made my own mocked up version of Aladdin's Eatery's]
Humos and stuffed Grape leaves
Greek Salad

Pizza Recipe
Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
Spread with Baba Ganoush
Roasted Eggplant
Tomato Slices
Olive Slices
Feta Cheese

Baked for about 12 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Just until crust was browned and all the topping were heated through. Feta started to get golden. Then drizzled a hot garlic sauce.

Chipotle

Pesto Tortellini
Salad
