Whole Wheat Pasta
Pasta Pinwheels
Salad

Recipe for Pasta Pinwheels
One roll of fresh mozzarella (I found this is the specialty cheese case at the grocery)
(I got the following in small quantities off the olive bar)
Greek Olive mix (green and brown)
Artichoke hears
Sweet red pepper
Sun Dried tomatoes
Roasted garlic

Food Process the fillings until diced.
Roll mozzarella out to thin sheet
Spread filling over cheese
Roll
Slice and refrigerate
Tasty!

Grandma Shirley's 85th Birthday hosted at Uncle Jeff and Aunt Patty's. Cousin Beth did a great job as the grill master.
Teriyaki Chicken on the grill
Mixed grilled vegetables (zucchini, yellow squash, Brussel sprouts, onions)
Broccoli Rice Pilaf
Birthday Cake by Jennifer, Aunt Roly, Chase and Ellis

Wednesday
Cheesy Crescent Hot Dogs
Brown Rice and Vegetables (Cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots smothered in mozzarella)
Salad
Fruit Salad

Thursday
Salmon Feta Burgers
Shell Pasta with garlic butter and chives
Salad
Fruit Salad

Friday
Daddy won't be home, so I am thinking... Pizza!
