Magic!

It's probably ACTUALLY science, but it was pretty cool-- so we'll pretend it was magic.

Turns out that when you cook them then turn into GREEN BEANS!

Here are purple beans halfway through the cooking process.

Chase was amazed to see them change right before her very eyes!
