Dishing it up

It was not exactly an inspired week in the food department. Working like crazy. This was 5 weeks out from my event in Anaheim and my event guide had to go to the printer. All energy went into that venture. But I did still manage to feed the family.

Cheese Ravioli with fresh tomato basil sauce

Vegetarian BBQ Ribs
Mashed potatoes

Wednesday
Beef roast
Potatoes
Salad

Thursday
Baked Spaghetti
Salad
Fruit Salad

Friday
Mushroom Stroganoff (I am really in the mood - but not for beef or chicken, so I am trying the recipe, sans any meat source.)
Whole wheat noodles
Salad
