Anatomy Lessons

Here are a few lessons in anatomy, courtesy of Ellis. As heard in my living room this week.

Mom: Ellis it sounds like you have a frog in your throat.
E: I DON'T have a throat!
M: Then how does your food get from your mouth to your tummy.
E: I chew it and it swirls around in my head. Then it slides down a slide to my tummy.
M: Could that slide be your throat?
E: No! But it might be the "wrong pipe."
M: Oh.

Chase: Ellis. Smile, I want to see your gums! [Why? I just don't know.]
Ellis: I DON"T have any gums.
C: Yes you do. It's the pink part that sticks your teeth in...
E: No! I don't have any! Daddy wouldn't share his. I think his was too minty anyway.
