Most everyone seems to know... but in case you've missed it-

We're expecting! ETA 01.10.10


Whoever this might be... looks like they are smiling. Nothing makes it feel more real than seeing them swimming around, waving arms and legs and putting fingers into their mouth! Oh, they start so young.

It was a long and rough first trimester*. We faced what my doctor thought might be an ectopic pregnancy, bleeding, pain, bladder and uterine infection, low rising hormones, nausea, and severe fatigue. Kind of takes the joy out it. Being told constantly by professionals not to get your hopes up.

But here we are. On to hopefully greener pastures. Or at least less tired and pukey ones.

*This is the primary reason that my blogging dropped to record low levels.
