Not as fast as he would have liked, but pretty darn amazing in my book. 35th male. 22 hours 29 minutes. Squaw Valley to Auburn CA. The LONG way! Temps that peaked somewhere around 112. And I don't think it was really dry heat. More like BLAST FURNACE.
Looks like he and Kam are hanging out at a summer BBQ, doesn't it*? Mark has actually just run 57 miles in the blasting sun, through canyons with temps that make it feel like you are being baked in an oven.

And now we are back home. Mark is nursing some severely blistered feet, but back out there running. If we could all adjust to Ohio time, we'd be doing much better.
