What Not to Wear

I can't help myself.

There were so many FABULOUS costumes. Beautiful dresses. Wonderful Armor. But I kept seeing this woman everywhere I turned.

Has no one told her that black pantyhose CANNOT double as PANTS??? [This picture does not do justice to the fact that these are indeed see-through pantyhose.]

I am assuming that this was a costume. Help us all if she hits the streets like this every day!
