Where I got it is a mystery. I just spent 3 days nailed to a chair working. And I doubt that executive conference rooms are blooming in it. I haven't even touched any laundry this week. But I guess that it is a moot point. Because here we are. Pregnant. And with poison ivy. About the worst combination possible for me. No topicals (at least ones that work) and no oral meds are approved.
I don't look like a leper, yet. But I am very afraid.
You might recall my bout with poison ivy 2 years ago. Gruesome. Required multiple shots of steroids to get me looking this good. This picture was taken when I was on the mend and actually had eyes that would open and you might not know it, but ear is extremely swollen [I have tiny origami ears]-

And then flash back to my pregnancy with Ellis and my 3 month fight with misery.
I have washed my face with Technu. Attacked the sheets. And am hoping for the best.
If it gets gruesome, I'll be sure to share.

were you eating Mangoes recently? Pat is allergic to mangoes and gets this when he touches the skin of them (he can eat them as long as he doesn't touch them). The sap on mangoes is related to poison ivy.
Scary! I hope it doesn't get that bad...
